Enlistment Requirements:
All recruits must own an active account on World
of Warcraft. Everyone must participate in guild
raids at least once in a while. Recruits will be
required to have an account on the Azeroth Vanguard
forums, and must post every once in a while. However,
it is not a requirement to participate in teamspeak,
but it is suggested. So get a headset with a microphone
if you can. Recruits must have their character that is
primarily participating in the guild on the Sargeras
server. Last of all, every member is required to be
online at least once a week for an elapsed time of an
hour, unless a leader is warned beforehand of your
inactivity. Also, Low level characters will be held
to a lower standard when in the recruitment process.
On a side note, recruitment may not always be open, if
there is a large influx of enlistments.
Guild Etiquette:
I, Kagemusha, want to promote a closely knit community
in order to insure a fun gaming experience for all.
Therefore, any acts of hatred, racism, sexism, classism,
religionism, and any other isms that provoke segregation
will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with strictly.
So if anyone in the guild has been verbally attacked, by
another guild member, I would strongly suggest that you
report it to me or a high ranking leader in the guild.
Heirarchy:
I will list all the ranks from most to least powerful:
-Master: That would be me, Kagemusha. I am in charge of
maintaining guild order and basically everything in the
guild. However, I want other voices in the guild to be
heard, so guild rules and regulations, as well as guild
events will be discussed among the councelors.
-Counselor: In other words, a counselor would be in the council.
They will be the ones to deliberate the direction of the
guild democratically. So if there is an issue that has gripped
you, please notify a counselor or the master.
-Regent: A lesser commanding officer in the guild. Although
they do not participate in the council, they are allowed to
take the position of leader in a party in a raid group. Also,
they may act as a representative for a missing counselors during
in-game meetings.
-Allegiant: A member approved as a dependable individual in
the guild. All you need to do to become an allegiant is be a
guild law abiding, friendly, and active member.
-Recruit: A recently recruited person in the guild. Their
dependablity is subject to investigation, and may be booted
out easily if he/she does not follow the enlistment requirements.
